Bill W. Luttrell has been involved with insurance for the past 25 years. 

Bill graduated from The University of Oklahoma and was part of the 1994 Class of Leadership Midwest City.  Having taught and coached in Midwest City-Del City Public Schools, owned his own business and raised four children here, he understands the community.
